The word "delightful" is overused, but not in the case of this book. Each illustrated project is more adorable than the one before! While there are many embroidery books and felt craft books on the market, Kata Golda's projects leave others in the dust.
I believe the key is in her attention to detail. The facial expressions make these felt figures look alive--not cartoonish. The author gives illustrated directions for the requisite embroidery stitches, so there is no excuse not to try these whimsical projects.
